Meet Our Team
Our experienced leadership team brings together diverse backgrounds in ministry, criminal justice, social services, and community outreach to guide CJAMM’s transformative work.
Lesa has over 25 years working with CJAMM. While working for CJAMM, she earned a degree in accounting.
As an avid Thunder fan, she has season tickets and has taught her grandchildren to know all the players
and their stats. Lesa is active in her church in Tuttle, loves to travel, and is a frequent guest at
Bed and Breakfasts and exploring Jamaica.
With over 15 years of experience in financial leadership, accounting, sales, purchasing, auditing, and working with accounts receivable/accounts payables, Brittani brings a unique skill battery to CJAMM. Her strong Christian faith, coupled with her compassion to make a meaningful difference for those who need a second chance, makes her a perfect match for CJAMM.
In her spare time, Brittani coaches a Bible quiz program with her church where young people memorize King James Bible verses and compete in statewide competition. She and her husband are raising two teenage daughters.
Anne first experienced New Day Camp as a camper and has since served as a Leader in Training, Camp Dean,
and now Camp Director. She joined CJAMM in December 2023.
As a graduate of Exodus House Oklahoma City, Robin has served for the past 15 years as Site Director
and Case Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program. She earned her Peer Recovery
Support Specialist (PRSS) certification in 2009 and continues to walk alongside individuals in their
recovery journey. Outside of work, Robin treasures time with her five grandchildren who keep her smiling.
Kay Kay serves as a Case Manager and Site Director, working closely with men and women reentering the community. With a heart for service and a background rooted in faith and dedication, she provides structure, guidance, and encouragement to help her clients succeed. Kay Kay is known for her professionalism, compassion, and commitment to positive change.
Julie Lombardi
Board Member,Chair
As the City Attorney for the City of Owasso, Julie has exposure to all sorts of legal issues, laws,
and jargon. As a community service, she even mentors young attorneys. Julie is also active in
her church, the Owasso Methodist Church. Her daughter is an attorney with the Walmart Inc.
while her son is pursuing a PhD degree to prepare for teaching at the university level.
Craig Stinson
Board Member,Vice Chair
As a retired clergy with the Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church,
he invested his professional years in connectional ministries—connecting need with resources.
He and his dentist wife live a life of service to the community. Craig is vice chair of CJAMM’s
board and chairs the governance committee.
Lew McGinnis
Board Member
President of General Properties, he travels between multi-unit housing complexes in
Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. Lew brings knowledge of CJAMM’s mission of working with
those in addiction and incarceration as he lived it with his own son. Lew has a special passion for
the physical plants of CJAMM’s Exodus Houses and brings in his service employees for repairs.
Alan Berryman
Board Member, Finance Chair
Alan retired as CFO for Prime Bank. His career has been working with financial institutions
including startups, mergers, and turnarounds. He consults with bank leadership to have the
best ROI. He is an expert in all-things-financial including investments, endowments, financial
reports, and accounting software. Alan chairs CJAMM’s financial committee.
Merry McGinnis
Board Member, Secretary
A practicing attorney, Merry shares legal perspectives on CJAMM-related transitions. She
practices law with Consolidated Capital Investments. She volunteers with several non-profits,
is active in poultry shows with her young sons and has begun piano lessons.
Shane Watkins
Board Member
Professionally, Shane Watkins serves as the Director of Compliance at Epworth Villa, a Life Plan Community in Oklahoma City offering independent living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services. In his spare time, he enjoys following one of his daughters’ track and field competitions at the University of Oklahoma. This past year, Shane served as a cabin leader at New Day Camp, leading a cabin of eight- and nine-year-old boys.
George Warren
Board Member
George may be a retired minister, but he remains active with CJAMM’s New Day Camp and
serves as a dean for the camp for 8–14-year-olds with incarcerated parents. For camp, George
helps with planning, staffing and volunteer training, and conducts a workshop on mediation
and prayers. George is active in community service in the greater Tahlequah area and serves
as secretary for the CJAMM board.
Kathy Sewell
Board Member
Kathy grew up traveling the country and world as an Air Force ‘brat’. After graduating from
college she began her career teaching pre-k and kindergarten and then following the birth of
her first daughter she began a life of serving God and her family. She volunteered her time as
children’s director at New Covenant church for many years. Kathy connected with Exodus
House OKC close to 15 years ago and continues to mentor residents and help as needed with
events, refurbishing apartments and minor repairs. She and her husband, Mark, love the
mountains of CO and split their time between there and OK. The pull of family (4
grandchildren) keeps them coming back to OK. Becoming involved with the EH and CJAMM
brings her immense joy.
Scott Davis
Board Member
Scott brings compassion and business leadership. He
and his wife experienced the tragic loss of a teenage son which submerged him into a lifetime
of support groups. He’s been active in the Boy Scouts of America and now chairs the boards of
two other non-profits. Scott continues as a CPA and partner with Asset Management Advisors,
LLC.
Kristi Johnson
Board Member
Kristi Johnson received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and law degree
from William Mitchell College of Law, Saint Paul, MN. She was commissioned an officer in the U.S.
Marine Corps in 1991 and became a military attorney in 2006. In the Marine Corps Reserve she served
as trial counsel, administrative law officer and Staff Judge Advocate, retiring as a Colonel in December
2018. She served as an Assistant District Attorney, Cleveland County, 21 st Judicial District OK from 2011
– 2021. She enjoys volunteering at Exodus House OKC and sharing the love of Jesus Christ.
Joseph Brantley
Board Member
Joseph Brantley is a purpose-driven HR professional whose remarkable journey of
personal transformation has shaped his dedication to serving God, loving others, and
living life without regrets. As a Talent Acquisition Partner/Community Relations
Advocate at M-D Building Products, Inc., Joseph combines his professional expertise
with his lived experience to create meaningful opportunities for others seeking second
chances.
Larry Bauman
Board Member
Larry Bauman retired as a District Superintendent from the Oklahoma Conference of the
United Methodist Church. He served as a front-line minister in both rural churches and urban
churches around the state, addressing issues of poverty, collaboration with other community
organizations, and helping children with supplies they need to be prepared for school.
