How to Apply for Housing Support

Our application process is designed to be straightforward and supportive, helping you access the housing assistance you need as quickly as possible.

Initial Contact & Assessment

Contact our housing team by phone, email, or in-person visit. We’ll conduct a confidential assessment to understand your current situation, housing needs, and eligibility for our various programs.

Documentation & Verification

Gather required documents including identification, income verification, criminal background information, and any relevant court documents. Our staff will assist you with obtaining any missing documentation.

Program Matching & Placement

Based on your assessment and availability, we’ll match you with the most appropriate housing program. Emergency housing can often be arranged within 24-48 hours for qualifying individuals.

Ongoing Support & Services

Once housed, you’ll work with our case management team to access additional support services, develop independent living skills, and create a plan for long-term housing stability.
