Eligibility Requirements

To ensure the best fit for our criminal justice program and maximize success for all residents, we have established clear eligibility criteria and program requirements.

Basic Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Recently released from incarceration or currently transitioning from other institutional care
  • Demonstrate genuine commitment to criminal justice program participation and personal change
  • Willing to comply with all house rules and criminal justice program requirements
  • No history of violent offenses against persons (case-by-case review may apply)
  • Pass background check and criminal justice program screening process

Program Commitment

  • Willingness to participate in all required criminal justice program activities and services
  • Commitment to maintaining sobriety and clean living standards
  • Active participation in case management and goal planning
  • Respect for staff, fellow residents, and criminal justice program property
  • Compliance with curfew and house schedule requirements
  • Engagement in employment or educational activities as appropriate

Documentation Requirements

  • Valid government-issued identification (ID or driver’s license)
  • Social Security card or documentation
  • Release documentation from correctional facility
  • Medical records and current prescription information
  • Completion of criminal justice program application and intake forms
  • References from parole officer, case manager, or other support persons

Program Duration

  • Standard criminal justice program length is 6-12 months depending on individual needs
  • Extension may be granted based on progress and circumstances
  • Graduated independence plan developed for successful criminal justice program completion
  • Ongoing support and aftercare services available post-program
  • Successful completion certificate provided upon criminal justice program graduation
