Program Completion and Termination

New Day Camp Specific Terms
For families participating in New Day Camp:
- Parent/guardian consent is required for all minor participants
- Medical information and emergency contacts must be provided and kept current
- Photography and video consent forms must be completed for program documentation
- Participants must be picked up promptly at designated times
Donations and Financial Contributions
Donation Policy
All donations to CJAMM are voluntary and are used to support our mission of breaking generational cycles of prison, addiction, and parental abandonment. Donations are generally non-refundable, except in cases of processing errors or as required by law.
Tax Deductibility
CJAMM is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors are responsible for determining the tax-deductibility of their contributions and should consult with their tax advisors.
Use of Funds
Donations are used to support our various programs and operational expenses. While we strive to honor donor preferences for specific programs, CJAMM reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed to advance our mission.
Recurring Donations
For recurring donation arrangements, donors may cancel at any time by contacting us directly. Changes to recurring donations will take effect with the next scheduled contribution.
